We only book clients whom are decided and serious about their new transformation.

ALL DEPOSITS FOR THE LIP BLUSH PRIVATE COURSE AND APPOINTMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE,

THIS APPLIES TO A SUDDEN A LOCKDOWN DURING THE PANDEMIC.

Should a lockdown occur, a new appointment date will be given and approved by each client once there is a re-opening. 

All trainings are non-refundable once completed, under no exception. No kits or purchased equipment are returnable for reasons of hygiene and sanitization.

That being said, if you wish to move your appointment, you can do so by contacting the artist at 514-435-3220.

Moving an appointment more than once will not be permitted.

A retainer fee or deposit will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

Should you be requesting a change to our schedule by moving a date 72 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be lost.

Cancellations & Non-Attendance of Appointment

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify your microblading artist ASAP.

If the cancellation occurs *inside the 72 hour time frame preceding your appointment a new booking with a new retainer fee must be given to secure your new appointment as there is a chance that your artist will be left without work and pay due to this cancelation.

 

LATES

If you are 15 minutes late for your appointement, your artist reserves the right to cancel or add a 25$ late fee.

Should you surpass a delay of more than 30 minutes, a rescheduling will be required.

 

Rationale: Beauty procedures require your artist's full attention, concentration and patience. Once you are late you will likely overlap into the next client's time-slot which may cause urgency in your artist and may put the success of the procedure in jeopardy.

Please note that your deposit will not be returned as your place was indeed held.

 

A new appointment will be scheduled and a new deposit will have to be paid to have your new spot reserved.
